KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Commercialisation Outcomes: Lead the negotiation and management of commercially focused technology transferdeals, including licenses, R&D partnerships, and government funding agreements.
• Operationalise Technology: Provide expert advice to shepherd technological innovations from the lab to the marketplace. You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge research and real-world application, ensuring that our technologies meet market needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, government, and academic stakeholders. Your ability to network and communicate will be key to securing revenue streams and driving research impact.
• Portfolio Management: Take charge of establishing new ventures and supporting the University’s spin-out companies and ensure that our intellectual property is effectively leveraged to maximize commercial outcomes.
