Description:
Key Accountabilities include:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop supplier and agency strategies
- Strategic supplier contract and commercial management for key contracts
- Development and implementation of best practice commercial and relationship management, in accordance with policies, procedures and framework
- Utilise internal and market data to perform commercial analysis, enabling data driven insights and decision making for key contracts
- Manage commercial disagreements and disputes to effectively achieve resolutions
- Strategically monitor supplier financial health and escalation of identified risks to Commercial Director
- Ensure all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reporting required by Regulatory bodies are carried out to the required standards
- Providing recommendations on builds, acquisitions or implementation of new systems
- Support Commercial Director with development of the Commercial activities pipeline and benefits dashboard reporting
- Support the management of supplier performance including the tracking of key SLA’

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, our new Commercial Manager will be responsible for working collaboratively with various business units and external stakeholders in the negotiation and management of major strategic contracts and agreements. The successful candidate will be ensuring optimal value, compliance and enforcement of contractual terms.
