What you’ll be doing…
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Commercial Marketing Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies and commercial initiatives. Your insights will help shape our business decisions and enhance our market position. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats, as well as Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Reporting into our Commercial Marketing Manager you will also collaborate with the regional marketing teams in optimising campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights. You will also support the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities, and conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support marketing budgets and commercial plans for our portfolio designer outlet centres in the UK, Europe, and Canada.
This is an opportunity for someone with experience in marketing looking to kick start their career in analytics and insights.

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • You have a good understanding of marketing planning, media, and marketing channels.
  • You have experience of tracking and reporting on marketing performance, as well as monitoring expenditure and budgets.
  • You are very analytical; data driven and have real attention to detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator and have good presentation skills.
  • You have a strong commercial mindset.
  • You can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • You have an advanced level of MS Office, in particular Excel.
