GENERAL DIY ABILITIES

·Knowledge and experience of all Plumbing plant including, but not limited to unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, above ground drainage, expansion vessels, pumps & sanitary ware.
To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
The Commercial plumbing Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, we are looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client-focused.
The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
We are looking for candidate who has knowledge of Plumbing systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
An immediate start is available for the right person.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year

ROLE IS PERMANENT AND IS 40 HOURS A WEEK

Our client base is Managing agents of commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.
We are now recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Plumber Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a facilities maintenance background.
Approved Plumbing Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement.
Unvented Hot water.
NVQ Level 2/3.
This post will be based on a Mobile role, covering Predominantly Northwest.

SOME OF THE MAIN DUTIES FOR THE ROLE ARE:

General Plumbing and HVAC plant maintenance
Maintenance / repairs / Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site.
Health and safety awareness.
