WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels. EXPERIENCE
- Educated in a relevant field such as Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- A keen interest in contract management, negotiations, or commercial processes.
- Strong desire to grow professionally and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Some knowledge of Import/Export regulations or interest in learning about highly regulated environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- To provide day to day Commercial/Compliance and/or Contract administration on major defence Contracts.
- Assist in conducting Due Diligence on all Third Parties.
- Dealing with incoming internal and external enquires for the Commercial Team.
- Support the day-to-day commercial and contract management on defence contracts, acting as a key commercial contact.
- Administration and maintenance of all Commercial/Compliance and Contract registers, including NDAs, Agency/Reseller Agreements, Letters and Contracts, Transfer of Technology, Export and Import Movements registers, in either Excel or SharePoint format.
- Support the sales team with commercial input into bids and proposals.
- Participate in contract negotiations with customers and key subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business governance.
- Contribute to commercial risk management and opportunity strategies.
- Attend customer and subcontractor meetings representing the commercial team.
- Support internal commercial processes, legal compliance, and regulatory adherence.
