POSITION SUMMARY:
The Commercial Operations Analyst will support our commercial operations team building reports, analyzing data, troubleshooting systems
The role requires a person who enjoys making sense of complex and disparate data, be technically savvy and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced growing organization. This role works cross functionally and supports team member with excellent customer service and responsiveness.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains current dashboards and implements efficiencies. Troubleshoots production issues and performance tuning.
- Responsible for accessing, validating, and querying data from data repositories using available tools (including SQL, Power BI).
- Develop and execute standard and ad-hoc Power BI reports for Sales and Marketing teams around product, customer, and general business performance.
- Manage life cycle of new analytics from assessment, initiation, development, staging, production, and institutionalization and works independently on end-to-end solutions, from data investigation to visual dashboards.
- Analyze and optimize sales territory alignments and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Manage field sales CRM, including planning, roll-out, change management, compliance, support, maintenance, and reporting
- Work with Finance and other functions to finalize monthly/quarterly commissions.
- Manage vendors for optimized results and solve problems.
- Provide analytical support in ad-hoc requests and projects
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or Related Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence and/or analytics
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- 2-3+ years developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- SQL experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel experience required.
- Experience with Zoho CRM a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
