Description:

We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Operations function.
Your Role: You will become an integral part of our Operations Team supporting us to deliver an outstanding Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2024. Alongside the festival operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring festival operations and partnership contracts are delivered efficiently, effectively and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Senior Commercial Operations Manager and Festival Operations Lead to deliver the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to the highest standard.
  • Management of partner spaces - working closely with suppliers, partnerships team and Senior Commercial Operations Manager to ensure a seamless delivery
  • Management of partnership signage inventory
  • Management of the Partner Assist Inbox (a central email account for day to day partner questions, submissions of artwork and space plans)
  • Working with Festival Operations to manage partnership catering requirements
  • Maintaining our partnership online portal and continually investigating ways to improve
  • Assisting with asset management for consumable items - this will include liaison with the design team, and where relevant partners, placing orders and overseeing deliveries and timelines
  • Assisting with the collection of all relevant Health & Safety documents from suppliers ahead of Festival build
  • Liaising with internal teams across the company to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintaining and managing supplier relationships
  • Be an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion
