To be a part of this journey, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Operations Manager, who has operational experience and strategic flair, and can set a direction for a newly established role, and knows how to succesfully implement new initiatives into the organization.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Business Unit Owner for our software division, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, optimize customer relationships, and support various improvement initiatives within our software business.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Define and implement, in close cooperation with sales management, structured and scalable sales models and strategies for different target groups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans, forecast sales volumes, and set performance targets.
  • Evaluate sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement account management models.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to monitor account health, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and mitigate churn risks.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in account management practices.
  • Support the management team in optimizing our customer onboarding processes.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Define and lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing sales processes, customer engagement, and overall business performance
