Description:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing key projects aimed at optimizing commercial operations, fostering efficiency execution and driving business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project frameworks, develop plans, and ensure successful implementation. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment. You can work from any BFS location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects focused on improving sales operations efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with IT teams to evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions that support sales operations and enable business growth.
- Drive process improvements and best practices adoption within sales operations through project initiatives and change management efforts.
- Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales operations processes, systems, and tools, and provide guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Sales Operations, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in sales operations or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and achieve results in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales operations tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
