Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
First level support to the Service Sales function. Follow and execute the process from quotation/offers till Purchase order/contract receiving from sales to handover to Business Operation team.
Opportunities management with service sales teams by ensuring accurate sales data are reflected in the CRM “SFDC”
Coordination of all customer issues across functions like service delivery, logistics & finance.
Support the commercial operations leader in SFE & other activities related to driving growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
1) A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
2) Minimum of 2+ years of experienced in Finance / Sales / Operations preferably within the Healthcare industry
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
4) Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
5) Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results
6) Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
7) Arabic & English language capability in both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
1) Ensure first class service contract preparation on customer service contracts; non-contract services; install base data validation and quality.
2) New customers “know your customer” KYC registration process are compliant and complete.
3) Be the gatekeeper to the service P&L by ensuring quality revenue by validating purchase order against quotes with no variations.
4) Processing ETIMAD requests and all related checklists such as Tender payments, review terms and conditions and submit quote/offer on time.
5) Flag deviations from service standards against customer requests.
6) Conducting regular out of warranty/out of contract & 0$ socket reviews with Service account leaders to ensure consistency and growth on the new capture & renewals rates.
7) Act as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to quotes, KYC, PO processing, letters, appendixes.
8) Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
9) Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
