Commercial Opportunity Management Intern

WHO YOU ARE (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2025- December 2026)
  • Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between May to September, depending on your school system)
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset, but not required
  • Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization tools is an asset, but not required

Project Description:

  • You will collect complete, correct, and validate customer data and requirements for quoting.
  • Handles cases according to regional case management guidelines
  • Manage quote generation and workflow for the approval process.
  • Assists with new customer set up.
  • Handles customer concerns between Sales Support and other internal groups.
  • Works on small projects in addition to everyday role
  • Follows up with customer on required documents and missing information.
  • Follows up on orders.
  • Assists with customer questions via email or phone.
  • Provides project management for pre-sale quoting activities.
  • Handles all changes and keeps the quote and documents up to date
  • Engages cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements against deadlines.
  • Facilitates SFDC opportunity management by cleaning up opportunities based on guidelines

Responsibilities:
