WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

You will have the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and dynamic team that works closely with our business customers and Technology Partners. The successful candidate will be supporting our goal of maximising value from the bank’s total spend whilst also protecting against supplier risk!

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Support the BOI Procurement team on any sourcing activities
  • Undertake and/or manage Category Management or Sourcing projects, activities or workload that for any reason (e.g. conflict of interest, confidentiality) cannot be undertaken by the Outsource Partner
  • Support the Head of Business Partner Management to deliver any non-standard activities i.e. those that fall outside of the remit of the Outsource Partner or the roles of other members of the Business Partner Team
  • Approval of proposals, purchase requests 9checking vs contract), RFS etc..
  • Tracking status of RFIs, RFPs versus expected project timescales
  • Work with Outsourcing provider to identify and report on savings
  • Manage the day to day activity on the ERP system for the retain team
