WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking a Commercial People Business Partner to join our People team. In this pivotal role, you will support our Commercial division, driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and support our commercial teams’ success. You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting a commercial in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management, with a deep understanding of the commercial function.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and KPIs, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and making data-backed recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization. Strong consulting and coaching skills.
