As a Commercial Performance Analyst (m/f/d) you will play a key role in supporting our commercial department with critical analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making on topics including assortment analysis.

Job Description

  • Conduct analyses to optimize the product assortment, ensuring the right mix of products to meet demand and maximize profit.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on key performance metrics, supporting decision-making in the broader commercial team
  • Set up and execute strategic initiatives that increase basket size, improve margin, and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate closely with the category management team to continuously support decision-making based on quantitative findings and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years experience in analytics or strategy in a fast-paced environment or consulting.
  • Master’s Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or similar fields from a top-tier university.
  • Strong quantitative skills, blending technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with practical, street-smart problem-solving abilities.
  • You can simplify complex analytical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
  • Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality and strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience with SQL/Python/PowerBI/Looker (Statistics, hypothesis testing, data visualization) is a plus but not required.
