Responsibilities:

You will provide day to day ownership of sales tracking to ensure performance is in line with agreed forecasts and business plans across a range of KPIs. You will also need to identify opportunities through collaboration to improve performance and efficiency throughout the sales funnel to optimise sales delivery.
Reporting is key and you will own and understand the production of regular reporting and input into the weekly / monthly / quarterly performance review meetings and decision-making forums. You will provide insight and analysis to support the forecasting of future performance and work with forecasting teams develop annual budgets and plans, being responsive and nurturing those relationships.
Acting as the key contact with the finance team to track sales performance alignment to budgeted spend is part of your role. Being the commercial expert on sales performance and the key point of contact for the leadership of the front-line sales teams for sales performance is also critical, whilst supporting colleagues with the development of new propositions and initiatives with robust business plans.
