Description:

iGenius is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Strategy Manager to help drive growth, profitability, and market share through the development and implementation of robust business plans.
This role will require a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to create impactful pricing models and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic execution, data analysis, and market positioning, ensuring alignment between business objectives and tactical initiatives.
The profile will report directly to the Head of Go to Market and Customer Success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in business strategy, commercial operations, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in designing pricing models, leading market positioning, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aimed at optimizing growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Oversee both short-term tactics and long-term strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Foster a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and desires by analyzing customer behavior and feedback.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and create maximum value for clients.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously explore new data visualization techniques to improve the clarity and impact of presented information.
  • Design, refine, and implement pricing models that balance revenue maximization, competitive positioning, and customer value.
  • Regularly review and adjust pricing structures in response to market trends, competitor actions, and business objectives.
  • Oversee the optimization of lead generation and management processes, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient conversion of leads into customers.
  • Act as a central hub for communication, ensuring alignment between product development, marketing, and customer support on commercial strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows and remove roadblocks to operational success.
  • Develop and execute impactful GTM strategies for new and existing products, including target market identification, positioning, and sales channel optimization.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders regarding strategy progress, challenges, and. performances
  • Ensure transparency and alignment in the strategic direction and execution across all relevant departments.
