WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Economics.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, promotion agencies and sales functions.
  • Business awareness (Market dynamics and products).
  • Planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication, teamworking and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

JTI commercializes in the Italian market as a distributor of the JT International SA, a company that operates internationally in the manufacture and sale of smoking tobacco products, inhaling tobacco sticks with no combustion and relative electronic devices.
The Trade engagement Associate support all activities related to Trade within the Sales function, support the Trade Marketing Manager in defining commercial strategies to ensure the identification, proposal and implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing the potential of the points of sales.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Trade Engagement Associate in the area of Sales, you will:

  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in defining commercial strategies to ensure the identification, proposal and implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing the potential of the points of sales.
  • Contribute to define and develop trade engagement initiatives, benchmarking market practices and proposing measures for the development of a medium-long term trade partnership, in compliance with the Company strategy and in line with the Italian market regulation.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams within Marketing and Sales department, providing adequate support for the implementation of commercial plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives implemented, by carrying out a constant monitoring of the results, analyzing KPI performance, return on objectives and providing periodic reports.
