WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

As our Commercial Planning Manager, you’ll work with the Commercial Planning team to design and build future season flying programmes. Your insights will drive decisions on route development, capacity management, and pricing strategies, allowing us to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • You’ll proactively optimise the flying programme:
  • Adjust activity based on the latest booking data, financial results and competitor changes.
  • Maximise the destination season lengths based on hotel availability.
  • Ensure feedback from operational areas is incorporated within future season programmes.
  • Make sure sub-charter aircraft programmes are identified and managed.
  • Ensure the best use of our slot portfolio.
  • You’ll ensure changes are reflected on sales and updated activity plans are supplied to financial, commercial and operational areas of the business.
  • To make robust processes to support the accuracy and deliverability of the schedule.
  • You’ll ensure commercial changes are incorporated ahead (wherever possible) of roster publication.
  • You’ll lead the personal development of our Commercial Planning team.
