Commercial Pool and Spa is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commercial Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and servicing commercial pools, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operational. This role is essential in providing top-tier service to our clients and maintaining the high standards of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Pool Service Route: Visit multiple commercial pool accounts daily, ensuring each pool is safe, clean, and operational.
  • Pool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning pools, netting, vacuuming, checking water chemistry, and ensuring proper filtration and circulation.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and submit repair reports for pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and automated systems. Replace minor parts when needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all pools comply with local health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, detailed reporting, and record-keeping, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice on pool care and maintenance. Maintain updated reports for clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and chemical usage. Fill out and submit updated reports for clients.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of pool chemicals and parts, ensuring timely reordering and restocking.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs to resolve issues.
  • Independence: Operate with minimal supervision, ensuring high standards of work even when unsupervised.
  • Safe Driving: Maintain a clean driving record and practice safe driving habits at all times.
