About the role
As a Commercial Pricing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Bunnings Commercial Sales team in developing proposals for our Commercial customers throughout Australia.
You will work collaboratively across a range of departments such as Merchandise, to deliver to our Commercial customers.
This is a contract role for approximately 8 months until April 2025, based out of our National Support Office in Burnley, where we support hybrid working.

What’s involved:

• Preparing proposals and adhoc administrative support within a reasonable time
• Ongoing system maintenance of customer pricing
• Working with Commercial Sales team to create market leading product offerings
• Contribute to a great customer experience through efficiently resolving any issues

Who we’re looking for
You will be passionate about delivering a great customer experience through providing accurate and timely information. You will bring good communication skills and effective time management skills to allow you to manage your time and prioritise workload.
You will be comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders and easily able to build strong relationships and utilise your influencing and negotiation skills to achieve positive outcomes.

You’ll need:

• Experience within a similar role highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for analytics and reporting
• Hold excellent customer service skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (intermediate level), Word and Outlook
• Exposure to Power BI would be advantageous
• Great team work ethic and be able to work autonomously
• Tertiary qualification across finance, analytics or a similar field would be highly regarded but not essential
