The Commercial Process Specialist, HGM (High Growth Markets) for Radiometer is responsible for build, coach and develop best in class Order to Cash processes across the High Growth Region through training. Bridge the support and communication between the countries and HQ to ensure timely supply and good Customer Service locally. This, by establishing and monitoring relevant KPIs and conducting internal audits.
This position is part of the Commercial Operations team located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be on-site, but with travel activity. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Commercial Operation team and report to the Senior Manager Commercial Operation HGM responsible for working closely with our local Order to Cash teams to ensure same high standard across the region. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University
  • Degree in subject area of Business administration or similar relevant for the position
  • Fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, and present technical information clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and audience.

  • Data driven.

    In-Person Work Arrangement: The position offered requires an in-person work arrangement in which the employee is assigned to work from a specific Company location every day. Responsibilities:

  • Build, coach, and develop best in class Commercial Operations teams across the region.
  • Drive regular internal audits to review and assess the performances of order to cash teams across HGM region. Identify gaps and provide training and support to increase seniority and expertise of OTC organizations.
  • Oversee and represent HGM voice about products allocation to maximize item quantities and fulfill open orders according to country delivery requirements.
  • Drive OTC operations for HGM region.
  • Support the commercial operations ramp up, training and development for newly created organizations and for new associates.
