As a rapidly growing startup, we’re scaling our Commercial organisation and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Programme Manager to support our Chief Revenue Officer with our ambitious growth plans on a global level. The role can be based in the UK or Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Revenue Officer with all day to day operations of the commercial organisation globally
- Ensure we have the right data to make informed strategic decisions
- Programme manage growth and efficiency initiatives, defined by the Chief Revenue Officer from time to time and responsible to lead and coordinate such programme initiatives
- Work with the Commercial team to ensure alignment of important deliverables
- Deputise the Chief Revenue Officer in meetings when he cannot attend
- Work with wider organisation (Finance, HR, Product, others) to ensure clear sharing of data and strategy
- Co-own the Commercial governance model
- Track commitments from meetings and hold people accountable for delivering to timelines
- Actively look for opportunities to enhance and improve the Commercial organisation
- Work in alignment with the Commercial and broader Tuum organisation to meet specific performance KPIs set by the Chief Revenue Officer
- Transform data and ideas into clear executive-level presentations for Executive Committee and Board and for overall revenue related reporting activities
- Actively look for ways to review process and structure to support performance and meet the goals for the Commercial organisation and Chief Revenue Officer
- Interact with other C-Suite, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership and Broader Tuum organisations and build trusted relationships so they trust the Strategy Programme Manager to be a go to person for matters associated to the Commercial organisation
- Travel and stays abroad may occur at the request from the Chief Revenue Officer
