Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role and proven experience with driving cross-functional projects with a strong commercial focus.
- Experience from working in a commercial setting (e.g. sales) and understand how to translate business objectives into revenue initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to monitoring progress and maintaining project alignment with business goals.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience creating decision materials for senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business processes and experience in process documentation, implementation, and change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various functional areas and managerial levels.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Think-Cell, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Power BI.
- High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Project management: Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
- Operational & Tactical Support: Follow up on tactical initiatives to provide the SVP Sales with a comprehensive, fact-based overview of ongoing initiatives.
- Quantitative analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis to support the SVP Sales with the creation of data-driven business cases and decision material for senior management.
- Business processes: Define and document business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Change management and implementation: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems (e.g. CRM, web-solutions, power BI), and further oversee system adaptability, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry in close collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Stakeholder management: Manage and navigate stakeholder relationships across various functional areas and managerial levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with Regional Directors to gather and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing the SVP Sales with an accurate and timely overview.
