Commercial Project Manager - Bucharest

AUFGABEN

For our new project The Arc in Bucharest, we are looking for 2 Commercial Project Managers.

• Negotiation and drafting of delivery and subcontract contracts with providers together with the Procurement Department and their administration
• Management of contracts with beneficiaries from an economic/commercial point of view
• Follow-up of the management activity and stocks
• Tracking the recording of all income and expenses by cost centers
• Control of consumption and costs (including rents, equipment)
• Checks and authorizes activity reports
• Monitors and authorizes the processing of administrative, economic and technical documents
• Cash Flow Planning; Forecast and Budgeting
• Administers Bank Guarantees and Insurances for projects in progress
• Provides support to the Bidding Department
• Maintaining relations with the Company’s suppliers and clients; communication with superiors regarding current activity
• Supervises analyses, financial-accounting reports and situations requested by the hierarchical superior/management.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Higher economic studies completed
• Experience in the economic field of at least two years
• Other information (computer skills, foreign languages, driving licence type, other requirements)
• Computer skills (eg MS Office 3 Word, Excel, other specific applications)
• Well-developed communication skills, a good analytical capacity
• Knowledge of English
• ADVANTAGE Availability for business trips
• ADVANTAGE Driving license type B;
