IN ADDITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHOSE QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• You hold a BSc in electronic engineering or similar.
• You possess at least 3-5 years of project management experience from similar positions.
• You are able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• You understand the commercial aspects in a project, combined with your follow through discipline.
• You are highly structured and understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up.
• You are able to deliver quality with a service-oriented perspective.
• You speak and write English fluently.

TEAM AND ROLE

As a Commercial Project Manager within our Program Excellence organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering global on/off-shore radar surveillance projects. These projects are essential to our mission, combining cutting-edge technology with the expertise of a highly skilled, cross-functional team. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, R&D, Production, and Technical Service, as well as external suppliers, to deliver high-end radar products and tailored system solutions to our customers.
You will join a team of experienced project managers. We have a high level of team spirit and always have the time for helping each other and we succeed as a team.
In this role, you will be in direct contact with customers and end users. Therefore, a central part of your role will be to follow through and ensure that your stakeholders are continuously kept in the loop. You create understanding and commitment by addressing uncertainties and risks and handling subsequent corrective actions on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set goals: Be ambitious but insist on realism.
• Contract management and budget handling.
• Plan and follow up on several project phase activities and re-curing tasks.
• Support sales with estimates and risks assessment in commercial offerings.
• Act as focal point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  We will provide you with a thorough onboarding process. Once you’re fully acclimated, you’ll be responsible for guiding your projects in the right direction and ensuring they are delivered profitably and on schedule. You will typically manage numerous projects simultaneously.
