JOB DESCRIPTION
South Cambridgeshire District Council is a forward-looking, dynamic and innovative council, looking to improve and diversify our commercial activity. We are recruiting a Commercial Project Support Officer to support the Council’s work in this area. This will be a varied role and is likely to include: supporting the management of our Commercial Asset Portfolio, both internally and with our external asset management agent; providing asset management support to new and existing tenants within Council-owned public buildings; providing project support with the creation and management of project documentation and contributing towards the effective financial management of the Council’s commercial portfolio.
We are looking for someone who has experience in project management and a keen interest and enthusiasm in commercial investments and asset management. Applicants must have experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels as well as knowledge of MS Office packages. It is desirable for candidates to have experience of supporting commercial or multi-use projects and asset management duties.
