We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Administrator to join our passionate team at our leasing office at Meadowbrook Business Campus.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational/administrative skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and courteous manners with the public
- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
- Proficient spoken and written English
- 1-2 years of administrative experience an asset
- Commercial properties experience an asset
- Yardi experience an asset
- A criminal background check is required
Responsibilities:
- Commercial lease administration – prepare leases, renewals, amendments, notices, reports, spreadsheets, and annual CAM & TAX estimates
- Provide assistance editing and formatting service contracts, RFP’s.
- Prepare monthly and annual inspection reports
- Property services administration – prepare reports, minutes and spreadsheets. Enter work orders and purchase orders and maintain an organized and efficient electronic filing system of tenants
- General housekeeping duties – restocking kitchen, tracking supplies
- Front desk and tenant relations – first point of contact for the Meadowbrook Leasing Office, answer phones, greet visitors, prepare tenant communications, attend to general inquiries
