AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY HAS BECOME AVAILABLE AT A REGIONAL LAW FIRM SEEKING A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
A top-tier commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate with 2-4 years’ PQE to join its growing Commercial Property team.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
This role sits within the firm’s expanding Property Department, which has grown significantly due to major tender wins and high-profile projects.
Based in Leeds, with hybrid working options – the position offers the chance to work on regeneration and development projects, as well as general commercial property matters. However, occasional travel to London will be required.
You will have the opportunity to work with an impressive range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, housing associations and commercial organisations. You will also be encouraged to develop your expertise, grow your client network and progress your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising on regeneration and development projects, as well as broader commercial property matters
- Managing relationships with a variety of public and private sector clients
- Drafting, legal analysis and project management
- Supporting business development and networking activities
