An award-winning Legal 500 firm with regional and London sites is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for its highly regarded Real Estate team.
You will ideally be a Commercial Property Solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE. This role covers the full range of commercial property work and real estate development matters.
The current team acts for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, RSL sales, joint ventures, infrastructure agreements and section 106 obligations. You will ideally have a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing.
