• Executing commercial property sales proficiently
• Orchestrating commercial property purchases effectively
• Crafting and negotiating leases with precision
• Streamlining lease extensions seamlessly
• Drafting and negotiating contracts pertinent to commercial property transactions
• Providing expert advice on easements
• Directing commercial development projects with expertise
• Supervising infrastructure projects aligned with commercial properties
  The business is seeking an outstanding candidate for this position who possesses a genuine passion for Commercial Property law, preferably supported by proven experience in the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and competence in handling intricate tasks. The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service are prerequisites, alongside proficiency in IT tools and software.
