seeking a lawyer for its Commercial Real Estate Group in its Montreal
office.
Our commercial real estate group serves a prestigious client base of
developers, financial institutions, investors, landlords and retailers and
is regularly involved in complex real estate transactions, providing
innovative and practical advice on a broad spectrum of matters.
You will work in a team environment, supporting existing real estate
clients on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions,
dispositions, leasing, lending, (both borrower and lender side),
development trusts and joint venture and co-ownership structuring.
Applicants must be members of the Québec Bar and have at least
four years of commercial real estate experience, along with strong
professional and academic credentials.
