A mid-sized Seattle law firm is looking to add a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their Transactional practice group. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and have 2+ YOE in Commercial Real Estate transactions to be considered.

• Engage in commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all legalities are met and clients’ interests are protected
• Participate in corporate M& A transactions, demonstrating a keen understanding of the legal requirements and potential risks
• Build a transaction-based practice, contributing to the growth and development of our legal team
• Apply your legal knowledge and experience to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively
