• Manage an active portfolio of Real Estate customers and growing the bank with the acquisition of new customers
• Evaluate lending opportunities and management/testing of financial metrics/conditions, along with ‘Risk’ based considerations
• Support the timely completion of Annual renewals, Covenants, Conditions Subsequent, EDD/ODDs and CRGA
• Gather information from the customer; assess, analyse and interpret financial information such as financial statements, management accounts, profit and loss statements
• Develop and maintain active and influential relationships with key market professionals and players
• Manage all aspects of Risk, including Credit, Operational and Regulatory
