Description:
Coordinate Street Furniture, Malls, Rail, Supermarkets and Airport contract reporting. Support Estate Management, Commercial and Finance colleagues by providing detailed and accurate reporting and data analysis. Propose and implement improvements to the Company’s processes. A key element of the role will be the mentoring and development of the Commercial Reporting Assistant.
What you’ll be doing…
Reconciliation & detailed analysis of revenue and calculation of concession payments under contracts
Liaise with the Commercial Reporting Manager to simplify business processes, coordinate strategies and implement improvements
Provide accurate analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support to colleagues across the Business and to external partners
Develop and provide analysis backed information to assist decision making and helping to automate reporting
Preparing key reports for each month, quarter, half year and year end together with annual budgets
Lead all aspects of Audits as the need arises to fulfil contractual obligations
Responsible for updating leases for IFRS16 accounting standard reporting for relevant Business divisions

Degree or equivalent by experience in Finance or a similar subject areaStrong organisational skills and detail orientatedCritical and advanced problem solving capabilitiesExperience of working in a Financial Analyst role or similarSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels within the Business and with external partnersHighly numerate with an excellent eye for detailTools & Equipment Used – experience advantageous but not expected:• SAP – Contract Lease/Finance Modules (particularly helpful if have experience)• Adventory Asset system• Estateman Property system• VIOOH/Merlin Sales system• Proficient with MS Office, must be fluent on Excel!• Business Objects• Power BI• Anaplan (IFRS16 accounting system)
