Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Policy and Marketing your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide direct commercial and marketing support to ISO members: actively engage with ISO members, providing tangible assistance to increase their sales and marketing prowess.
  • Lead Strategic business analysis: conduct in-depth analysis of business opportunities for ISO publications and value-added products by geography, sector and/or customer segment, employing a data-driven approach to capture customer’s needs and develop targeted commercial strategies.
  • Translate insights and targeted commercial strategies into actionable plans that are implemented to effectively meet customer demands and enhance commercial revenue for ISO publications and value-added products. This process involves nurturing existing relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and establishing partnerships to drive revenue growth globally.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial revenue growth for the ISO Central Secretariat, with a primary focus on leveraging ISO Central Secretariat e-commerce, ensuring the sustained success and expansion of the organization, in compliance with the commercial policy approved by the relevant ISO governing bodies. Implement best practices to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
  • Identify copyright leakages and unauthorized use of ISO publications, develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies to preserve the commercial integrity of ISO copyright.
