REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for sales and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with our customers and deliver outstanding service.
  • Positive attitude and determination to go the extra mile.
  • No prior knowledge of asbestos solutions required, but your willingness to learn is even more important.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Telesales experience - Inbound and outbound sales experience with demonstrable negotiation and objection handling capability.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, Qualifying & understand our customers needs, then supporting the onward management of their requirements.. Your main responsibilities will include:
Build Connections: Connect with potential customers through various channels, Qualifying and understanding their needs, and becoming their trusted asbestos advisor.
Expert Guidance: Share your expertise, guiding our customers to the correct solutions to develop long lasting customer relationships
Deliver Results: Drive towards and achieve sales targets, enjoying the thrill of success.
Record Keeper: Keep track of all your wins and ensure smooth policy documentation.
