QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Post-secondary degree is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Proven expertise in advanced sales and management techniques, with proficiency in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, ideally with CRM software experience.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting impactful training sessions, workshops, and live coaching.
- Solid interpersonal skills and communication abilities across various organizational levels.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and identify areas for development.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Sales Coach to elevate our Local Commercial Sales Program and drive the success of our sales team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing training programs, conducting individual and group coaching sessions, and creating an environment that supports the growth and productivity of the sales team. The Commercial Sales Coach will work closely with team members to boost performance, enhance customer interactions, and ultimately improve sales outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local Sales Program Training: Develop and train team members in the Local Commercial Sales system.
- Sales Skill Development: Identify individual and team skill development needs, focusing on call mechanics, customer experience, and applying sales strategies. Lead skill-building sessions, including both one-on-one and group settings.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Maintain and report on portfolio performance. Act as a feedback channel between sales teams and stakeholders to boost sales engagement.
- Ongoing Training & Development: Design and deliver training workshops to continuously improve team capabilities and drive the success of the commercial sales division.
- New Hire Onboarding: Support new sales representatives through onboarding, setting a strong foundation for their success.
