As a Commercial Executive, you will independently lead collaborations with sellers and business stakeholders to meet revenue targets. You will utilize critical resources and engage in strategic conversations to align commercial strategies with customer needs. Your role involves proactive engagement in planning and executing strategies with partners, driving accountability, and resolving cross-functional issues.

Responsibilities

  • Deep Proactive Engagement: Lead collaborations, leverage resources, and drive strategic conversations internally and externally.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop pricing scenarios, conduct competitive analysis, and act as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Lead sales and management teams, craft deals, handle objections, and develop deal strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities, secure upsells, and create customer-centric offers.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Drive adherence to commercial solutions policy, assess and escalate risks, and serve as a trusted advisor on compliance.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Partner with leaders to negotiate complex commercial terms and drive accountability for negotiation outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience (essential)
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance, Communication, Education (or related field) AND 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience
  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred

  • 9+ years of sales and negotiation experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience
  • OR Master’s Degree AND 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience
  • OR equivalent experience

Sales and negotiation experience are a must for this role. Everything else can be learned on the job.
