We are now looking for a Commercial Specialist (Sales Support) to support the Sales Managers of Out of Home, Foodservice & Industry business in Customer Brands. You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to Commercial Director, OOH.
Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
What you will do:
- Responding to customer requests (answering questions & responding to complaints)
- Gathering customer feedback and satisfaction to exceed expectations
- Reporting on client turnover to clients
- Supporting accounts and prospects
- Managing promotions and inventory
- Coordinating shipment of samples to clients
- Completing logistics and quality documents
- Coordinating projects for product adjustment activities
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

What we appreciate:
- Fluent in English. Strong in French and/or Dutch are an advantage
- Customer-focused individual. Experience in FMCG is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, structured approach and capability to keep the overview
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, external partners and foster a positive office environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with internal teams and external contacts
- University degree or equivalent based on working experience
