Description:

Renmoney is seeking a talented Commercial Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and optimizing commercial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can generate actionable insights from data and translate them into effective commercial strategies. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience crunching numbers and turning data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Strategy Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Create financial models and forecasts to assess the financial impact of commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on data analysis
  • Reward and recognize: Design and manage incentive programs that motivate our sales force to excel
  • Tell our story: Work closely with the Head of Sales to create compelling presentations that showcase our achievements
  • Visualize success: Build impressive dashboards that make complex data easy to understand.
  • Track, measure, and report on key commercial performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and market trends
