Description:
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Fluent spoken and written in Italian and good spoken, written and understanding of English.
- Proactive in developing strong training plans and execution of those plans to the highest level.
- Strong presentations skills with experience of presenting to senior business leaders, public speaking in particular.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work at multi levels.
- A natural flair for practicality with the ability to demonstrate products easily.
- Flexible approach - to have the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity; also, to be open to new methods and ways of working.
- Tenacity and drive: to drive the strategy and key initiatives of Commercial training within the local market.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Commercial Trainer is to play a key role in the growth of STANLEY brand (hand tools, power tools and accessories) within Italy. Key targets of his training programs are Sales Dep and resellers of all Italian sales channels (traditional, DIY and e-commerce).
This knowledge incorporates an understanding of the professional and retail channels markets focusing on applications, key features & benefits of STANLEY offer and where we win versus competition, both for core product and new product introductions.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- The development and execution of local market training plans that support the local commercial objectives for STANLEY brand growth and achievement of financial targets.
- The management of a training budget to deliver on commitments.
- The organization, the activation and execution of internal and dealer training programs, analyzing, and monitoring the ROI.
- Meet and maintain the required level of knowledge to be the product expert for professional and retail products.
- Use and update all the available product training tools to deliver the commercial goals - Face to Face meetings with “hands on”, digital courses and Live Streaming Broadcasts.
- Cooperate with sales and marketing team to organize events and commercial meetings.
- Track all training activities to report both locally and centrally, analyzing the impact.
