Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercialization Manager within our PepsiCo International Beverages team, based out of our offices in Dublin.
Our International Beverages team leads the growth agenda and consumer engagement programmes for PepsiCo’s much-loved portfolio of global beverage brands, including Pepsi, 7UP, Mountain Dew, Sting, Revive and Gatorade.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced practitioner in highly complex innovation delivery.
  • High level of business acumen: must be commercially savvy with outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Be Comfortable with ambiguous thinking & iterative development.
  • Proven results delivering significant business change within a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrix environment.
  • Ability to influence others at all levels and effectively empower and delegate across multiple cross-functional project teams
  • Experience delivering innovation from idea to shelf in PepsiCo / other large-scale CPG
  • Strong process & project management skills – ideally in both Waterfall & Agile project management.
  • Deep experience in developing markets is preferred.
  • Educated to undergraduate degree level
