We are currently seeking a partnership with a software development and commercialization team to exploit the market potential of X:PRIME, our unique proprietary technology for performing risk modeling, assessment, monitoring, control and rating. X:PRIMER (the application supporting the technology) has been used successfully for over 10 years to conduct risk assessments and risk ratings in initiatives undertaken by government departments and funded by the Treasury Board Secretariat. In that application, the predictions made with X:PRIMER proved to be accurate, and a record of 40 such assessments was compiled for benchmarking and research purposes (http://www.slideshare.net/jelap007/procedural-risk-management). X:PRIME has been recommended by the Canadian government for conducting these assessments (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/emf-cag/lessons-lecons/risk-risque/risk-risque_e.asp).
We particularly wish to focus commercialization on a web-based application to match suppliers with clients. This application will focus on matching Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with clients based on clients’ expectations, in terms of risk exposure, and SMEs’ capability incorporating “Faking Good” and “Faking Bad” detection and compensation algorithms.
There are over 125,000,000 SMEs in the world. In the field of Information Technology alone, there are over 5,000,000. Surveys conducted with owners of sampled SMEs have indicated that they are be willing to pay up to 500$ for the service, since it turns out to be significantly cheaper than advertising. This excludes revenues generated from consulting firms to have access to SMEs to offer their own services and advertising revenues from product and service suppliers to SMEs.
