Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager you will take part of the development of integrated Nordic marketing campaigns and be responsible for delivering them in the Swedish market. While being focused primarily on the Swedish market, you might also work on projects that spans markets and functions in the bank. This role offers the opportunity to not only have an impact on our Nordic strategies but also take charge of the Swedish marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful delivery that aligns with our ambitious KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and manage the Annual Marketing Plan for our business segments in Sweden.
  • Lead the execution of innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external agencies.
  • Shape solid partnerships across teams and markets to craft compelling brand positioning and tactical lead-generating campaigns.
  • Strategically manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness, report on results, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies, integrating insights into marketing initiatives.
  • Promote our brand internally, ensuring all activities comply with Danske Bank’s brand guidelines.
