JOB TITLE: COMMI III

The Commi III is responsible for preparing and cooking/baking food according to company standards, ensuring high-quality dishes and an excellent dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skills: Strong teamwork, cooking knowledge, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent hygiene.
• Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Education: Foundation degree in Culinary Arts or related field; certifications in food safety and hygiene.
• Training: Full induction and on-the-job training provided.

• Assist in meal preparation under senior supervision.
• Clean, cut, and prepare raw ingredients, including meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, and fruits.
• Ensure mise en place is completed on time.
• Follow recipes accurately for proper portioning, garnishing, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations.
• Report shortages and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Attend training sessions as required.
