Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bakery or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery items, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes or as instructed by senior bakers.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support senior bakers in managing inventory and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
