Responsibilities:
The role is a 5 hour minimal contract, working over a 7 working day week, with a mix of 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm and occasionally 7am-3pm shifts. There are no split shifts. The average working hours for Commis Chefs is approximately 30 hours depending on the needs of the business.
This is a hands on position with bags of practical skills required. You’ll work alongside senior and career chefs who will lead and direct you on task to hone these skills and assist with your development in the catering industry. We have a proven record of Commis Chefs continuing onto higher and more responsible careers within catering.
