We are looking for enthusiastic foodies who are looking for a career in catering. We promise the best platform to getting onto the chef career ladder. From formal banquets in the Great Hall, to fairy tale weddings and lively themed dinners, as well as luxury afternoon teas and dinners in our Knights Village hotel, our range of catering outlets is incredibly diverse.
Aramark provides world-class contract catering services, and we are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

The role is a 5 hour minimal contract, working over a 7 working day week, with a mix of 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm and occasionally 7am-3pm shifts. There are no split shifts. The average working hours for Commis Chefs is approximately 30 hours depending on the needs of the business.
This is a hands on position with bags of practical skills required. You’ll work alongside senior and career chefs who will lead and direct you on task to hone these skills and assist with your development in the catering industry. We have a proven record of Commis Chefs continuing onto higher and more responsible careers within catering.
