We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Commis Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the culinary team in the preparation and execution of dishes. If you have a passion for culinary arts, a desire to learn, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we invite you to begin your culinary journey at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the senior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Follow established recipes and contribute to the development of new ones.
  • Learn and master various cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Culinary education or relevant training is a plus.
  • Passion for food and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • JOSPER grill experience is a must
