Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the production of food items.
  • Work as part of the wider kitchen and restaurant team.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Be familiar with the menu of the day and know your responsibilities in accordance to the menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations.
