Job Description
If you can display enthusiasm, eagerness, curiosity and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with the guidance, facilities and resources.
The role will initially involve working on all sections within the Kitchen to gain knowledge and experience in all areas of Hotel Kitchen operations.
Ideally you already hold some industry experience and/or trade qualifications.
Qualifications
- Ideally you already hold some industry experience and/or trade qualifications.
- Have the aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Sofitel.
- You are physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift (8 hours).
- Organises time and work efficiently.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role.
- Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation /interpersonal skills.
- Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily.
